About the Role

Beaulieu Motor Museum, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, welcomes visitors from around the globe to its historic café and events programmes. We are recruiting casual weekly team members to support daily hospitality operations, including service on cafés, events, and private functions.

Operations extend across weekends, so flexibility and willingness to work varying hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality hospitality to guests across cafés, events, and private functions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for visitors.
• Assist with food and beverage service during events and daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and management to meet service standards.
• Perform duties in a calm, friendly manner under pressure.
