The Visitor Experience Supervisor will not only support the duty managers but will lead, motivate and inspire a retail and admissions team. Customer service excellence will be at the top of your agenda, adopting an ‘above and beyond’ approach to visitors.
Leading by example is crucial and a can‑do attitude and focussed approach is essential. Your versatile skills will range from training the team and problem solving, to devising rotas, driving ticket and merchandise sales, along with monitoring KPI’s and creating outstanding visual merchandise displays.
You will bring high energy, positivity, and a creative flare to this dynamic, front facing role. You will act as an ambassador for Hopetown Darlington delivering exceptional customer service with your team.
