Job summary

A top football club is seeking casual Academy Technical Coaches to deliver an effective coaching programme for youth players aged 7-16. This role involves planning and reviewing training sessions, working closely with other coaches, attending matches, and ensuring the welfare of the players. The ideal candidate should hold a UEFA B / FA Level 3 qualification and have experience coaching youth. The successful applicant will contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment, essential for player development.

Qualifications

• Experience of mentoring and developing other coaches.
• Ability to set realistic goals for players.
• Ability to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Planning, delivering, and reviewing coaching programmes.
• Ensuring high standards of coach delivery.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.

Skills

UEFA B / FA Level 3

FA Youth Award

Current FA Licensed Coaches Club Member

Knowledge of child protection issues

Experience of coaching youth academy players
