Kim is a young lady looking for Casual Support Workers to join her team and support her in reaching her full potential in life. If you have a sense of humour and a firm but fair approach, she’s looking for you.

Essential for this job:

Kim’s team will support and encourage her to promote independence and resilience. She needs females who are confident in maintaining boundaries, consistent, and able to handle tough days with patience and kindness. Support involves helping her develop daily skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments.

Ideal candidates will be versatile, able to have fun and share interests like playing pool, making models, music, DIY projects, and creative activities. Confidence with technology (laptops, smartphones, Word) is important. We provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training in a person-centred approach.
