A leading care provider in Greater Manchester is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs in their rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities include promoting independence, managing health care needs, and assisting with personal care. JOB ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Oldham, Manchester (OL8)
SALARY: £12.60 - £13,30* per hour
SHIFT PATTERN: 08:30 - 21:00PM
Boston House provides slow stream Neuro Rehabilitation for 17 adults who have complex needs following a brain injury. You will work in conjunction with a Neuro‑Therapy Team, assisting the people we support with their ongoing rehabilitation goals.
As a Support and Therapy Assistant you will be part of a team that excels in being an active and positive influence, encouraging the people we support to work towards a brighter future. Duties will include:
