  • Assist with personal care and hygiene if required.

Overview

Position: Casual Support Worker

Location: Wickham, Hampshire PO17

Hours: Zero contracted hours (Mon-Sun, including weekends, days, evenings, holidays and sleep in's)

Salary: £14.38 inclusive of holiday pay, or £12.83 exclusive of holiday pay

Advance is looking for Casual Support Workers in Wickham, Hampshire to support customers with learning disabilities/autism/complex needs/mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. Day to Day Activities
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Support with attending medical appointments
  • Support with social activities
  • Support with independent skills
  • Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
  • Keeping up to date with your training
Waking Night Activities
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night
  • Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required)
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Support with independent skills
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
  • Keeping up to date with your training
  • Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety
  • Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
