Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting pupils both in and out of class, providing individual/small-group help, and assisting with personal care where required, within a nurturing setting for children with complex learning needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet individual needs.
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning and development in and outside the classroom.
• Provide individual and small-group support as required.
• Support pupils with complex needs in a caring, patient manner.
• Encourage independence, confidence and participation.
• Work closely with teachers and the school team.
• Assist with personal care and wellbeing needs when required.
