Job summary

Compass Group UK is recruiting for a casual Sous Chef role across multiple venues in London. Based in busy kitchens, you will prepare dishes to menu specifications, ensure ingredients are stocked, and uphold Levy standards.

You will take pride in the work and share high standards with your team, while mentoring new members as needed. We offer a range of benefits and a casual, flexible schedule with shifts across 100+ workplaces via our Casual Worker App, plus eLearning and personal development

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef with high hygiene standards and passion for food.
• Ability to coach and develop team members in a busy kitchen.

• Ensure all ingredients are available for the menu matrix.
• Uphold agreed standards and share them with the team.
• Support new team members with coaching and guidance.

• Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
