Job summary

CH&CO is recruiting for casual Sous Chefs to work across multiple venues in the Greater London area. You will prepare delicious dishes to specific menu standards, ensuring ingredients are always ready and stocked.

You will promote high hygiene and coaching for new team members. Join our casual workforce with flexible shifts, weekly pay, and access to apps for shift selection and training, plus development and pension benefits.

• Experience as Sous Chef with high hygiene standards.
