Codsall Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a highly effective Casual site supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with forward‑thinking staff and be part of a passionate, enthusiastic team. We are looking for a committed, experienced and enthusiastic Site Supervisor with practical handyperson skills who can provide their expertise in our school along with an interest in learning about health and safety and ensuring the school is compliant. The knowledge and skills within the team will be shared across the Academy when required and training will be given to the successful applicant to ensure a diverse team has the right skills for the job. The post is Casual to cover sickness and absence over the three schools and may be a last‑minute request to attend.

The successful candidate will have:
  • The motivation to achieve the very best for our school
  • Excellent inter‑personal skills
  • Experience/desire to develop skills in health and safety (water checks, temperature checks, acting quickly to remedy small repairs, etc)
  • Experience of working with adults
You will be expected to:
  • Ensure that all safety compliance checks are completed as required and documented
  • Work to a high standard and be able to meet deadlines
  • Be courteous in dealing with members of the public and lettings
  • Be a team player who will work well with colleagues
  • Ensure the school is a safe, tidy and welcoming environment
