OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Casual Security Officer to support multiple court and tribunal sites across Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas. You will manage access control, monitor CCTV and screening equipment, and respond to incidents with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
Flexibility to cover shifts and travel between sites is essential. The role requires an in‑date SIA licence, DBS clearance, and the ability to obtain BS7858 clearance.
Days of Working: This is a mobile, multi-site role, requiring flexibility to support operational needs around Brighton and Hove, shift patterns will vary depending on site requirements.
As a Casual Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across a range of court and tribunal buildings within a defined area. You will be responsible for supporting site teams with access control, monitoring activity and responding to incidents, ensuring that all visitors, staff and service users are treated in a professional and respectful manner.
This is a flexible, multi-site role, where you will work across different locations to support operational needs such as sickness and absence. Shift patterns will vary depending on site requirements, with most shifts taking place Monday to Friday during court operating hours.
