Job summary

A local government council in Bath is seeking a member for the Security Control Room Team to monitor public area CCTV and respond to out of hours calls. The role involves working with police and local partners to enhance public safety. Candidates must hold full NPPV-level 2 police vetting and an SIA CCTV Licence. Full training is provided, and a flexible schedule is required.

Job description

This key role, working as a member of the Security Control Room Team, will give you the chance to make a real contribution to improving public safety. Our team monitors public space CCTV cameras, handles out of hours calls, and manages access within the Bath City Centre Security Zone 24/7, 365 days a year. You will work with our partners, including the police, city marshals and other Council departments to help prevent, detect and reduce crime and disorder within B&ANES. Please note that this position requires full NPPV-level 2 police vetting and the ability to obtain an SIA CCTV Licence. Full training will be provided.
