Job description

Role Purpose

Casual Store Assistants are responsible for front-line selling, driving sales revenue, creating the ultimate shopping experience for fans, and maintaining retail standards through back-of-house operations. They will work as part of a team, communicating effectively to drive results. Casual hours may include days and weekends, with opportunities for casual employment.

Responsibilities

1. Greet fans and ask questions to enhance their shopping experience.
2. Make product recommendations based on observations and conversations.
3. Ensure fans enjoy a seamless shopping experience, fostering brand connection.
4. Maintain standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom with attention to detail.
5. Process sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
6. Maintain cleanliness and general standards of housekeeping.
7. Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and associated Teams/Leagues.
8. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Knowledge & Experience

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work extended hours during events.
• Foreign language skills are beneficial but not essential.
• Maintain a fun, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of technical golf products is advantageous.
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness.
