Job description

As a Nurse within Alternative futures group, you’ll work with like-minded colleagues who share our 5 main organisational values, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care for our patients. • Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential
• You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week

About your experience

• You will need to hold a current NMC Registered Nurse qualification (active PIN number) and ideally have experience of working with service users along a pathway to promote their independence.
• Knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage. However, updated training will be given.

Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hours -

• £34,144 per annum (£17.51 per hour) – As a preceptorship nurse
• £36,679 per annum (£18.81 per hour) – At the end of your preceptorship or for those with up to 2 years post-preceptorship experience
• £41,749 per annum (£21.41 per hour) – For individuals with 2 years or more post-qualification experience
