Job summary

Edsential is seeking casual Outdoor Education Instructors for Conway Centre on Anglesey. Join a freelance team delivering outdoor activities to visiting children, with sessions in morning, afternoon or evening and prep time included.

Experience with outdoors and qualifications in activity awards is valued, and opportunities for training and progression are offered. The Conway Centre provides onsite access to watersports, climbing, and mountain activities, with a supportive team and safeguarding

Qualifications

• At least one season of outdoor work with children.
• National Governing Body awards in provided activity categories.
• D1+E minibus/trailer qualification with up-to-date CPC and tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop high-quality Outdoor Education activities at the Centre.
• Induct customers and ensure course aims are met with safe delivery.
• Plan staff training and sign-off instructors; maintain equipment and facilities.
