The Role

We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to support our education and outreach activities. You will help deliver sessions and events for schools, families, and community groups, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with setting up and running educational sessions and public events
  • Support outreach work in schools and community settings
  • Provide excellent customer service
About you
  • Experience working with groups of children in an education/learning setting
  • Be excited about engagement and sharing information in a fun and friendly way.
  • Reliable, and very flexible (must be able to cover a minimum of four activities a month)
  • Excellent communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours will be offered on a casual basis, which may include some evening and weekend work. The roles are based at the City Museums.
