Job summary

Strikeforce AMC is seeking a casual Merchandiser to support the Mars Snacking Team across Plumpton, Schofields and surrounding areas.

You will call on retail outlets, manage stock, planograms, displays and promotions, and report using a Smart Device. Availability Tue-Fri and full Australian working rights are required; drivers license and own vehicle are essential to cover a territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG and merchandising is highly regarded.
• Ability to call on multiple retail outlets within a territory.
• A high standard of execution in store displays and POS.

Responsibilities

• Product management including stock levels, placement and ticketing.
• Planograms and relays: executions and compliance.
• Build displays, erect POS, manage stock and promotions.
• Negotiate off-location opportunities and maintain store relationships.
• Communicate upcoming promotional activities and report using a smart device.
• Demonstrate time management and ability to work under pressure.

Strikeforce are searching for passionate & motivated Brand Activators to join our Dedicated Mars Snacking Team.

The successful applicant will work within an allocated territory calling on retail outlets; This requires merchandising to a high standard, following & executing tasks accurately as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within their stores, effectively managing & promoting the Mars Snacking Brands

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client’s expectations
• Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale and stock management
• Negotiating off location opportunities
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Communicating up & coming promotional activities
• Accurate reporting using Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements

• Need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights
• Live in the advertised area/ surrounding suburbs
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
• Physically fit – Bending & Lifting – Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
