As a Casual Membercare Assistant, and welcoming health club environment – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s What You’ll Do During a Typical Day

• Maintain a spotless environment: Perform general and deep cleaning throughout the club to uphold hygiene standards
• Support an exceptional experience: Greet members warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance as needed
• Manage incident reporting: Report lost property, accidents, maintenance needs, and other incidents in a timely manner
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
