We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Attend pre-match managers' briefings and participate in training required by legislation and company policies.
  2. Monitor staff working practices to ensure efficiency and productivity, adhering to company standards and responsibilities.
  3. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure all food products are serviced in line with timings specified.
  4. Follow procedures related to Food Allergens information and service.
  5. Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests' needs, working promptly to minimize wait times.
  6. Welcome guests, take orders, and serve beverages.
  7. Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent client service.
  8. Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  9. Handle customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
  10. Actively upsell products to maximize revenue.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Friendly yet professional demeanor.

  3. Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings.

Sodexo Live! is currently looking to expand our casual hospitality team at St. James' Park to deliver a world-class guest experience. We seek passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join us.

Roles available include Bar Managers/Supervisors, Room Managers/Supervisors, and Fine Dining Managers/Supervisors.
