Job summary

The Forge Restaurant, part of Castlebridge Hospitality in Chester, is seeking a casual Kitchen Porter to join a busy kitchen. You will help keep the kitchen clean, assist our Chefs with basic prep, and gain valuable experience in a professional setting while contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

We value a positive can-do attitude, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Eligibility to work in the UK is required; training and progression opportunities are available

Qualifications

• No formal kitchen experience required; eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, able to work solo or in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Keep back of house areas clean and up to Health & Safety standards.
• Support Chefs with food preparation and mise en place.
• Learn and contribute in a professional kitchen environment.
• Contribute to delivering an excellent guest experience.
