Casual Juice Bar Assistant - Pall Mall, London

The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world‑class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first‑class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a casual Juice Bar Assistant to work with the team looking after the Sports and Wellbeing facility in our Pall Mall clubhouse. Offering a variety of sports including squash, gym and studio classes, Turkish baths and our infamous Pompeiian‑inspired swimming pool this is a role that requires delivering exceptional customer service to our members at all times. Primarily scheduled on weekends, with some flexibility for additional shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Serve members and guests behind our Juice Bar
  • Supervise and ensure high standards of service by the poolside and public areas
  • Ensuring all public areas are maintained and cleaned at all times
  • Providing a friendly professional service to all members and guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
About you
  • Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience
  • Be willing to undertake a pool responder qualification with the Club
  • Be approachable and confident
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in café or as a barista is desirable
