Job summary

Waveleisure invites an energetic Indoor Cycling instructor to bring a spin studio to life with Technogym bikes, LED lighting, and a motivating music-led atmosphere. You will teach regular classes and provide cover as needed to keep members engaged and progressing.

You will design workouts, coach participants of all fitness levels, ensure safety, and deliver a welcoming, memorable experience that encourages participation and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Recognised indoor cycling qualification required.
• Strong coaching and group instruction skills.
• Ability to use music to motivate and energise riders.
• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Teach spin classes and cover opportunities.
• Create engaging workouts for all fitness levels.
• Ensure safety and provide modifications as needed.

A recognised Indoor Cycling qualification.

Personal Specification

Qualifications (Essential)

• A recognised Indoor Cycling qualification
• ETM Qualification and/or Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification

Experience (Essential)

• Minimum of 1 year's teaching experience
• Educate members on correct exercise techniques and offer modifications / progressions / regressions where required.
• Make your participants' safety and enjoyment your number one priority.
• Ability to deal with a diversity of individuals and encourage participants to feel successful.
• Ability to communicate with people of all age groups.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate all skills / exercises being taught to participants.
• Manage in class feedback.
