Job summary

Southampton Football Club is seeking casual grounds staff to help present and maintain our pitches at St Mary's Stadium and Staplewood Campus in Southampton. The role offers flexible hours across weekends, evenings, and daytime slots to fit around your commitments.

You'll work with a team of Grounds Operatives, supporting repairs after matches and the setup of playing surfaces. Experience in grounds maintenance is preferred, with development opportunities and a supportive environment under

Our Casual Grounds staff play a pivotal role in the presentation and upkeep of our grounds. You’ll work alongside a team of Grounds Operatives and assist with cover, supporting with repairing the pitch immediately after matches and the setup of playing surfaces.

This opportunity is ideal for those who are studying Groundmanship, Horticulture or are currently working in the industry.
