Job summary

Elior UK is recruiting a Casual Front of House Assistant at Llys Isan for Caterplus. You’ll provide warm, friendly service to residents and guests, support busy periods and weekends, and help with food and beverage service.

You’ll keep areas clean and stocked, stay up to date with menus, and follow COSHH, food safety, and health and safety procedures. This role offers flexibility and a chance to be part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers.
• Focused on the front line and able to provide a welcoming experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional service to residents, guests and visitors.
• Support the smooth running of the Front of House operation, particularly during busy periods and weekends.
• Assist with food and beverage service as required.
• Ensure service areas are clean, tidy, well-presented and fully stocked.
• Keep up to date with menus and food and beverage offerings.
• Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.

What you'll be doing...

As a Casual Front of House Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and friendly experience for our residents and guests. You'll support the Front of House team as required, with the opportunity to work flexibly and become a valued member of the team.

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional service to residents, guests and visitors
• Support the smooth running of the Front of House operation, particularly during busy periods and weekends
• Assist with food and beverage service as required
• Ensure service areas are clean, tidy, well-presented and fully stocked
• Keep up to date with menus and food and beverage offerings
• Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are followed

Working Pattern: As and when required, with a focus on weekend cover
