Qualifications

• Minimum UEFA C (or higher) / FA Level 2 Coaching Licence.
• Experience in coaching in education, community, or club settings.
• Ongoing CPD with local or national FA, including Safeguarding and DBS checks.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver sessions aligned with the MCFC coaching curriculum.
• Create a positive learning environment for players.
