A spacious café and shop are also part of this incredible site which is steeped in Darlington’s rail heritage and will offer a family day out like no other. Hopetown Darlington is seeking inspired and driven individuals who can bring personality, energy and enthusiasm to the team.

As a Casual Food and Beverage Supervisor you will oversee and have input into the daily operations of the café whilst leading a catering team. This will include compliance with all HACCAP and health & safety policies. You will develop, prepare and present a diverse and creative menu, be the lead Barista and possess excellent product knowledge and catering skills. A dynamic and focused approach to sales and KPI’s is required, including the ability to work our EPOS system.

You will bring an energetic, positive, can-do approach to this front facing role. As an ambassador for Hopetown Darlington, it is crucial you deliver exceptional customer service and lead your team by example.
