The Vale Resort is an award-winning, four-star hotel featuring 143 bedrooms, five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. We also offer state-of-the-art sporting facilities and host top-flight international and club teams. Our recent expansion includes Hensol Castle, transformed into a luxury wedding and events venue, and a renovated Grade I listed Castle with 20 luxury bedrooms, an award-winning distillery, gin school, and visitor attraction.

Hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

About The Role

Working as part of the Food & Beverage team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding expectations, and responsibilities include:

1. Approaching and acknowledging all guests to ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Providing table service in the bar and restaurant, including wine service.
3. Having awareness of menus and wine list to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Championing guest service throughout the departments.

About You

You should have:

1. Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Knowledge of food safety and allergens is desirable.
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. A commitment to working as part of a team.
