A community sports organization in Harlow is seeking a Casual Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging fitness classes and ensure the safety of the facility. The Casual Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and motivating fitness classes while ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the facility. This role includes opening and closing duties, equipment setup and maintenance, adherence to health and safety procedures, and responding to emergencies. The instructor will lead group workouts, provide personalised guidance, promote member engagement, and contribute to a positive and inclusive fitness environment. Additionally, they will support centre events, maintain accurate class records, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
