Job description

The Casual Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and motivating fitness classes while ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the facility. This role includes opening and closing duties, equipment setup and maintenance, adherence to health and safety procedures, and responding to emergencies. The instructor will lead group workouts, provide personalised guidance, promote member engagement, and contribute to a positive and inclusive fitness environment. Additionally, they will support centre events, maintain accurate class records, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Our Community Sports & Leisure (YCSL) is a not-for-profit Trading subsidiary under BMAT Education. We offer our School facilities across BMAT, promoting community use and welcoming a wide variety of Sports Clubs.
