Job summary

Women In Football is seeking experienced Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Lead Chef level professionals to join our matchday culinary team at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium. This casual, high-volume role offers flexible hours on matchdays and the chance to work behind the scenes at one of football's iconic venues.

You will lead your section, prepare dishes to detailed specs, maintain top quality and food safety, mentor junior kitchen staff, and adapt to busy service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Lead Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality, events, stadiums, hotels, or restaurants.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure during busy service.
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergen management.

Responsibilities

• Leading or managing your section to deliver high-quality food service to agreed standards.
• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with recipes, specifications, and service requirements.
• Maintaining excellent standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Supporting kitchen operations during busy matchday and event service periods.
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with stock control, wastage reduction, and effective kitchen organisation.
• Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members where required.
• Contributing to a professional, high-performing kitchen environment.

About the role

Location: Anfield Stadium, Liverpool

Pay:£16-£18 per hour (depending on experience) + 12.07% holiday pay.

Start:From September 2026

We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Lead Chef level professionals to join our matchday culinary team at Liverpool FC. Opportunities are available for experienced chefs who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours on matchdays, on a flexible assignment basis. It's ideal for experienced chefs looking to pick up additional shifts around existing work or commitments.

Interview Process

We will be reviewing applications as they are received and are looking to hold interviews from the week commencing 14th September 2026.
