Job summary

Co-op Academy Leeds is seeking Exam Invigilators to join our friendly team in running all public and internal examinations throughout the academic year. This is a casual contract and working hours will be negotiated for each exam period.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. Applicants should be computer literate and available during November, January, February, March, May and June on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and reliable timekeeping.
• Flexible and available during exam periods.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and distribute papers and stationery.
• Advise candidates of exam conditions and observe students during exams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collect exam materials after sessions and tidy rooms.
