Responsibilities

• Assisting in setting up exam venues to ensure smooth and efficient administration.
• Greeting students, checking attendance, and guiding candidates to their assigned seating.
• Distributing examination papers, stationary, and necessary assessment materials efficiently.
• Maintaining active, unobtrusive supervision throughout assessment sessions.
• Upholding strict exam conditions and ensuring all rules regarding conduct and communication are followed.
• Handling student queries promptly and appropriately in line with regulatory rules.
• Reporting any procedural irregularities, misconduct, or behavioural concerns immediately.
• Accompanying and supervising candidates who require temporary emergency leave from the room.
• Collecting, sorting, and securely organising completed scripts and materials at the conclusion of exams.
