About the Role

ZAM FM is seeking reliable, professional, and customer‑focused Event Security Officers to join our team at London Stadium. As part of our event operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all spectators and staff during a wide range of events — from Premier League football matches to concerts and large‑scale public gatherings. You will represent both ZAM FM and London Stadium, providing a visible security presence, assisting with crowd management, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct ticket checks, bag searches, and access control in accordance with venue and event policies.
• Manage crowd flow and ensure spectator safety before, during, and after events.
• Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, or first aid situations as required.
• Deliver clear and confident communication to guests and colleagues.
• Follow all company and stadium procedures, including health & safety and safeguarding standards.
• Support the delivery of a positive event experience through proactive engagement and problem‑solving.

Essential Requirements
