Job summary

Northgate Fleet Services in Reading is seeking Casual Driver/Valeter to support our branch on an ad-hoc basis. You will drive and collect vehicles, liaise with customers and perform valeting and preparation to the highest standards.

We offer flexible hours, a casual schedule, and a supportive team ready to help you fit around your other commitments. A full UK driving licence and customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
• Confidence driving a variety of vehicles.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability.
• Good attention to detail and pride in work.
• Previous valeting experience desirable but not essential; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver/collect vehicles as required.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Perform valeting and prep to meet high standards.
• Support branch logistics on an ad-hoc basis.

Casual Driver / Valeter

Location: Reading

Salary: £13.17 per hour + holiday pay

Working Hours: Our Reading branch operates:

• Monday-Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-3:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am-1:00pm

We're looking for people who can ideally work 3-4 days per week, with the flexibility to work 1 in every 4 weekends
