What You’ll Do

As a Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guest requests promptly while maintaining the highest level of service. You will create and serve a range of beverages including mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks. Keeping your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared is essential, along with a good understanding of wines and spirits. You will work within a large team of bartenders supporting each other to deliver excellent service consistently. This role offers flexible hours on a casual contract, allowing you to work around your commitments. We expect full dedication when working to ensure guests receive the 5-star service we are known for.

Who Are We

The Celtic Collection comprises five unique hotels at the gateway to South Wales. The Celtic Manor Resort, our flagship, has been voted the Best UK Hotel nine out of the last ten years and hosted the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup.
