Job summary

Chewton Glen, a luxury private country house hotel and spa in the New Forest, seeks a Casual C&B Assistant to join the Conference and Banqueting team. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences across events in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

You will work as part of a team, uphold high standards of service, hygiene and safety, and enjoy benefits including a competitive hourly rate, TRONC, free staff meals and Friends and Family rate at our hotels.

Privately owned, this luxury country house hotel & spa is located in the heart of the tranquil New Forest countryside and just minutes from the coast. Our 72 bedroom hotel has a spa, two restaurants and 14 stunning treehouses.

The aim of the role:

As a member of the Conference and Banqueting team at Chewton Glen, you are the reason that our Guests keep coming back for more. Our C&B Assistants work as part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, whatever the event.

Casual C&B Assistant Responsibilities:

• Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
• Have excellent customer service skills, specificially in a hospitality setting.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
