Reaseheath College and University Centre in Nantwich seeks a Casual Butchery Assistant to support daily operations in the butchery facility. The role focuses on preparation, processing, packaging and sale of meat products, while upholding hygiene, food safety and excellent customer service for learners and staff.

You will hold a Level 2 qualification and Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent), think proactively, and bring experience from food production, retail, agricultural or butchery

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Prepare, trim, weigh, label, package and price meat products to a high standard.
• Cut and bone carcasses in line with industry requirements and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean and hygienic working environment and comply with safety legislation.
• Complete legislative records, pre-start checks and stock-related documentation; support promotional activities.
