Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting casual Baristas for events in Liverpool and Manchester. Immediate start available with flexible hours and an upbeat, customer‑focused team environment.

You’ll prepare beverages, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked work area while representing the agency and clients at lively venues.

Qualifications

• Casual barista role for events with immediate start.
• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred.
• Barista training and latte art knowledge encouraged.
• Reliable with good timekeeping and friendly attitude.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and handle pressure.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Baristas to join our team for a variety of upcoming events. Immediate start available!

Location: Liverpool & Manchester

Pay Rate: From £12.71/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Shifts: Flexible hours, Casual work

What You'll Do:

• Preparing hot beverages
• Using coffee machines
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
• Set up and close down venue spaces
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels
• Taking payments and proper use of the till system
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

You Should Have:

• Passion for all things coffee
• Barista trained - know your lattes from your flat whites
• Previous food and beverage OR hospitality experience
• A friendly and positive attitude
• The ability to work under pressure
• Reliability and good timekeeping
