Chelmsford City Council operates four leisure centres across the city, offering a wide range of sport and leisure activities for all ages. During the school holidays, we run City Camps; a fun-filled, engaging camp, designed to introduce children to exciting new activities in a safe and supportive environment. We also offer various parties across our sites for similar ages to our camps.
Chelmsford City Council is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to assist our City Camps Leaders with the delivery of our camps during the school holidays at South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre, and to act as party hosts delivering a first‑class experience for all party participants. Activities Assistants will assist the City Camps Leader in delivering a variety of fun, active, and inclusive sessions for children aged 4‑7 and 8‑12. The successful applicant will help create a safe and engaging environment where every child feels encouraged, supported, and excited to take part.
