Overview

Are you a commercially savvy relationship-builder with a passion for driving results? Tarmac is looking for a Cash Sales Manager to join our Aggregates & Asphalt Commercial team in Colchester, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our cash sales strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll also have line management responsibility for one direct report, the Cash Sales Coordinator, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with business goals.

What Youll Be Doing

• Implementing and executing the cash sales strategy across the region
• Collaborating with marketing to boost brand awareness and promote our product offering
• Working cross-functionally to identify and capture cross-sale opportunities
• Delivering monthly and annual financial targets, including Value Added Product (VAP) goals
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Supporting senior management in improving OTIFIC (On Time In Full Invoiced Correctly) performance
• Leading and developing the Cash Sales Coordinator to ensure operational excellence

• Proven experience in managing and developing customer accounts
