A leading specialty insurance firm seeks a Cash Management and Working Capital Manager to oversee cashflow and working capital modelling. The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification and at least two years of experience in financial analysis or treasury roles. This London-based position offers a hybrid work environment and includes significant benefits such as a 10% employer pension contribution and private medical insurance.

You will really enjoy being in the detail of cashflow and working capital and join us to provide support and analysis to understand the full 26 week outlook and deviations to forecast, as well as cash conversion drivers and metrics. You will take full ownership of developing CAPEX reporting and outlook and work with the Specialty Platform of the Ardonagh Group to improve our cash conversion. You will also be happy to provide wider support to the FP&A team during busy periods and take on more responsibility where available.
Organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
