The Deals team is part of KPMG's rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour. We are a diverse team of over 150 practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG's broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

What will you be doing?

• Manager in our Cash & Working Capital team assisting / leading Working Capital optimisation project(s)
• Hands-on delivery of one or more work-stream(s) working with Associate Managers, Analysts and client taskforce members to achieve specific time, cost, and quality deliverables
• Bring about lasting change through the delivery of quantifiable results and work in a hands-on way to engage with people and build organisational performance / capability.
• Use the subject knowledge and analytical skills needed for such projects to help organisations optimise their working capital management to drive business and enhance their financial position
• Demonstrate Cash & Working Capital expertise throughout the engagement and maintain / improve our reputation in all client dealings
• Identify and highlight additional areas in which KPMG can add value to the client
• Ensure junior members of the KPMG team and client taskforce carry out actions on time / in full, and to high quality
• Be actively involved in at least one internal initiative in our wider Turnaround Centre of Excellence
• Proactively own your development and support the development of others'

What will you need to do it?

• Demonstrated experience at Manager level or equivalent, either within a multinational or an advisory organisation
• Significant experience on AP, AR and / or inventory optimisation and comprehensive working capital analytics
• Sound financial analysis skills to develop expertise on various metrics and KPI
• Experience across Cash & Working Capital management, including cash flow forecasting
