Job Description

Working independently but as part of a Casework Team, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following

  • Coordinate and manage according to defined timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth all casework operations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders as required.
  • Facilitate communication directly to all involved parties, mainly via email.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing projects, utilising IT systems.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving any case-related challenges.
  • Support across ad hoc tasks to ensure success.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures throughout project delivery.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Case Coordinator will be able to evidence the following skills and knowledge in all areas:

  • A strong background in administrative, case work or dispute resolution positions, knowledge of the housing sector will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of proficiency in using a range of IT tools and software.
