Job Description
Working independently but as part of a Casework Team, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following
- Coordinate and manage according to defined timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth all casework operations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders as required.
- Facilitate communication directly to all involved parties, mainly via email.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing projects, utilising IT systems.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any case-related challenges.
- Support across ad hoc tasks to ensure success.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures throughout project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Case Coordinator will be able to evidence the following skills and knowledge in all areas:
- A strong background in administrative, case work or dispute resolution positions, knowledge of the housing sector will be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level of proficiency in using a range of IT tools and software.
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and taking initiative.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with compliance and documentation requirements in a professional environment.
- Safeguarding knowledge is important.
- This is a remote based position in the UK.
