Job description
Case Manager - Tenancy and Estates (Hybrid)

Location: Taunton, £19.20ph, PAYE - Reference: OR17598.

To oversee the administration and management of social housing properties, with an overall responsibility of between 550 and 750 tenancies.

Responsibilities
  • Accessible to customers and deal with all housing related enquiries, from giving initial tenancy advice to managing complex cases and providing comprehensive support to vulnerable customers to ensure tenancy sustainability.
  • Record all contact accurately on the Open Housing System; regularly deal with vulnerable people.
  • Ensure housing policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of housing laws and regulations, manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
Working Pattern

3 onsite days and 2 off days per week.

Contract

Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
