About the Role

As aCase Managerwith ILS, you’ll play a vital role in supportingyoung people and adults following life-changing injuries.

Your focus will always be on the client’s best interests—coordinating care and rehabilitation tailored to their unique needs.

You’ll work closely with clients, their families, and care teams to enable the client to regain and maintain the best quality of life, supporting every aspect of theirphysical, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing.

  • Employed roles available with options for Salaried21–30 hours per week or Hourly with flexible weekly hours
  • Home-based rolewith client visits within your local area
  • Travel up to 2 hours from home (mileage paid) – a car and driving licence are essential
  • Manage your own diary caseload with flexibility and autonomy
