We're seeking motivated and detail-focused Delivery Case Managers to join our operational delivery teams and play a vital role in delivering an efficient, fair, and trusted insolvency service across Scotland.
In this dynamic and rewarding position, you'll adjudicate on a diverse portfolio of bankruptcy, DAS and Trust Deed applications, manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from application through to completion or supervise the performance of private trustees in the role as trustee in Trust Deeds and Bankruptcy. Every case is unique, offering the opportunity to analyse complex information, apply legislation, make informed decisions, and help ensure the insolvency process operates effectively for all parties involved.
Working at the heart of our operations, you'll collaborate with debtors, creditors, insolvency practitioners, and colleagues across the organisation, balancing excellent customer service with professional judgement and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Adjudicate a diverse portfolio of bankruptcy, Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS), and Trust Deed applications, assessing eligibility, reviewing supporting evidence, and making informed decisions in accordance with legislation, policy, and operational guidance.
Monitor and supervise the performance of private trustees acting in Protected Trust Deeds and bankruptcy cases, undertaking monitoring and compliance activities, reviewing case administration, and taking appropriate action to ensure statutory obligations, regulatory standards, and expected levels of service are maintained.
Exercising sound judgement and decision-making to assess complex case information, apply legislative requirements, and deliver high-quality casework outcomes that support operational and statutory objectives.
Provide line management, coaching and support to A Band colleagues, overseeing performance, workload allocation, attendance and development to ensure the delivery of high-quality casework and achievement of operational targets.
Experience of interpreting and applying legislation, policies, and procedures to make accurate, evidence-based decisions, particularly in situations involving complex or sensitive case circumstances.
Experience of managing a varied caseload and competing priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes within prescribed timescales while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with service standards.
