Location: Office-based

Salary: £30,000 (Case Manager) / £40,000 (Senior Case Manager)

A growing wealth management firm with a specialist elite sports division is expanding its support team. The business operates differently to large networks and has a strong focus on training, development and long-term progression.

We are now hiring for two roles within the same team:

1. Case Manager (Admin Support)

Salary: Up to £30,000

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support across the full client journey
• Manage case progress and documentation
• Liaise with clients and providers
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• Prepare paperwork and correspondence

Ideal for:

Someone with financial services admin experience, strong attention to detail and confidence in a fast-paced office environment.

2. Senior Case Manager (Paraplanner)

Salary: Up to £40,000

Responsibilities:

• Technical research and analysis
• Prepare suitability reports
• Support advisers with planning strategies
• Conduct product and fund research
• Ensure compliance and maintain case records in Salesforce
