Supporting the management of Early Conciliation and Tribunal Claims, including representing the company at tribunal hearings. Drive timescales, improvement activities and procedure changes including requirements in relation to the rights bill changes.You will use several tools to support you in the role such as Company Policies, Workday, and IT platforms. You will be required to manage end to end processes, provide the business with key insights and action plans to address trends and areas for improvement.
