Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Case Assistant to join our Recovery Department. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department by providing comprehensive administrative support to the Case Handler team and assisting in the management of claims.


How you'll make an impact

  • Support the Recovery Department in its daily operations, through:
    • Data entry using internet-based and in-house software systems.
    • Information gathering from claim documents.
    • Assisting in case administration.
    • Document preparation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Recovery Department Case Handler team, such as:
    • Photocopying, filing, and scanning.
    • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Assist in the management and processing of claims.

About You

  • GCSE level qualifications (preferably in Maths and English).
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Friendly and helpful approach.
