Location: Blackpool

Duration: 4 weeks (sick leave cover)

Hours: 37 per week

Rate: NJC Grade F – £16.62 to £18.36 per hour

  • Relevant qualifications as outlined in the job description and person specification (JDPS)

We are seeking a Case Assessor to join the Learning Disability Team for a short-term assignment to cover a period of sick leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing Care Act reviews for adults with learning disabilities across the Blackpool area.

This is a front-line social care role requiring a good understanding of the Care Act 2014 and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities. You will be expected to assess needs, review existing care packages, and contribute to person-centred planning in line with statutory responsibilities and best practice.

The team offers a supportive working environment and values collaborative working to ensure high-quality outcomes for service users.

Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
  • Office base: Blackpool
  • Parking: All-day car parking available on Bank Street for £1.70 per day using the staff discount code
