Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card is mandatory.
• Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness certificates required.
• Own full kit of professional carpentry tools (first and second‑fix) and full PPE.
• Proven track record in both structural roofing and internal second‑fix carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Roofing Works: Install structural roof joists and lay flat roof decking to architectural specifications, ensuring solid structural integrity and correct falls.
• Second Fix Works: Install internal doors, ironmongery, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishings to a high standard of workmanship.
• Site Safety: Work safely at height and follow all site‑specific health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
